Our organization is currently in search of a full-time Psychiatrist to join the medical center team. Position Highlights:

• Standard working hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
• On-call coverage is minimal, requiring phone availability for 10-12 days annually.
• Optional weekend inpatient coverage is available for additional compensation.
• EDRP Authorized: This role qualifies for the Education Debt Reduction Program , which assists with student loan repayment.
• Recruitment/Relocation Incentive: A sign-on bonus may be available for exceptionally qualified candidates.

Requirements:

• Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible.
• Possess a full, unrestricted medical license in any U.S. state.
• Hold a Doctor of Medicine degree or an equivalent qualification from an accredited medical or osteopathic program.
• Completion of residency training approved by the Secretary of Veteran Affairs in a recognized core specialty training program, leading to board certification eligibility.
• U.S. Citizenship is required; non-citizens may only be considered if qualified citizens cannot be recruited, in accordance with VA policy.
• A minimum of two years of leadership and supervisory experience is necessary.

Compensation & Benefits Package:

• Salary: Competitive pay, annual performance bonuses, and regular salary increases.
