We are looking for a licensed real estate agent interested in developing a strong buyer business while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity is well suited for someone who enjoys connecting with people, understanding what clients are looking for, and becoming a trusted resource throughout the home search.

You will work directly with prospective buyers to understand their goals, discuss available properties, coordinate home tours, and help them evaluate their options. As clients become ready to move forward, you will gain experience preparing offers, navigating negotiations, and supporting buyers through the transaction and closing process.

Working alongside experienced real estate professionals gives you the opportunity to improve through practical experience and consistent activity. Coaching and established systems will help you strengthen prospecting, client follow-up, buyer consultations, contract knowledge, negotiation skills, and organization.

The goal is to help you develop the habits and relationships that produce ongoing business. By delivering a strong client experience and staying connected after each transaction, you can create future opportunities through referrals, repeat clients, and a growing professional network.

Compensation:

$165,000 at plan commission

Responsibilities:

• Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home
• Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market
• Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options
• Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction
• Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers

Qualifications:

• Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
• Show a track record of real estate success
• Experience with the local real estate market and general trends
• Has superb interpersonal and communication skills

• Real estate license is required in order to work with clients and earn commissions
• Good communication
• Sales experience
