• Pay: $236,000 - $300,000/yearly (Based on experience) + Benefits

Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Staff Physician (MD or DO) to provide comprehensive primary care services in Brady, Texas.

The physician will work as part of an integrated, multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver high-quality medical care to patients of all ages. This role offers an opportunity to build lasting relationships within the community while helping expand access to healthcare in rural Texas.

-> Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, including the diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and coordinate specialty referrals when appropriate.
• Review and follow up on laboratory, diagnostic, and imaging results in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate and complete electronic health records (EHR) in accordance with network protocols and quality standards.
• Collaborate with nurses, medical assistants, behavioral health providers, and other members of the healthcare team.
• Provide mentorship and support to clinical staff and students.
• Support Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) principles and quality improvement initiatives.
• Participate in clinical policy reviews and community wellness and outreach activities.
• Participate in occasional extended-hour clinic sessions as needed.

-> Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
• Active, unrestricted Texas Physician License .
• Current DEA and DPS registrations required to practice in Texas.
• Active BLS or CPR for Healthcare Professionals certification.
• Current compliance with applicable specialty board and state Continuing Medical Education (CME) requirements.
