Benefits Competitive pay One‑on‑one patient care Weekly pay via direct deposit Flexible schedule to fit your lifestyle Responsibilities Providing care according to the patient’s plan of care, fully implementing the five phases of the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation) and observing professional standards of care in the home care setting. Feeding tube maintenance Respiratory monitoring, including close supervision of the apnea monitor Assuring proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state, and federal laws. Requirements Current RN/LPN license in good standing Certified CPR or BLS Electronic device required for electronic documentation in our skilled platform Proficiency in feeding tube maintenance and use Three to five (3‑5) years’ experience preferred but not necessary Ability to implement all five phases of the nursing process Observation of professional standards of care under the supervision of the Director of Nursing Licensed driver with insured and reliable automobile Empathy for the needs of the client Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and communicate effectively Confidentiality and security of the client’s medical information Physical ability to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds We do not mandate the COVID‑19 vaccine.
