Job Overview A law firm seeks a Real Estate Associate in Buffalo, NY, with 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions. Duties Represent buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, developers, and investors in commercial real estate transactions. Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, amendments, easements, and related documents. Manage and coordinate due diligence, including title, survey, zoning, and environmental review. Assist with closings and post-closing matters. Participate in client meetings and contribute to business development efforts, as appropriate. Requirements Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Strong academic credentials. Excellent technical, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with other practice areas to provide comprehensive solutions to clients. Education & Certifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Bar admission in the state of New York. Skills Experience with a broad range of commercial real estate transactions. Familiarity with real estate documentation and deal processes. Excellent drafting, organizational, and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
