Manufacturing EngineerWe are seeking multiple Manufacturing Engineers for an opportunity supporting high-volume contact lens manufacturing operations. This role involves hands-on work on the production floor, providing direct support for day-to-day manufacturing issues and driving productivity improvement initiatives. The position requires working within a regulated environment focused on product safety and compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport high-volume manufacturing operations in a 24/7 environment.Work directly on the production floor with line leaders to address issues.Troubleshoot and maintain automation equipment to ensure operational efficiency.Provide hands-on support for daily manufacturing challenges.Drive productivity improvement initiatives through project-based work.Ensure adherence to regulated processes, SOPs, and product safety standards.Required QualificationsEducation: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.Experience: Approximately 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or controls engineering role, supporting large-scale, high-volume production environments.Technical Skills: A background in manufacturing or controls engineering with experience in automation and equipment troubleshooting is required.Preferred QualificationsExperience in a regulated industry such as pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or medical devices.Knowledge of plastic injection molding or metrology equipment.PMP or Lean Six Sigma certifications.Master Molder certification.Work EnvironmentThis is a hands-on role requiring the engineer to be on-site and active on the production floor.
