- Own the project management of the apps and technical direction for the product, ensuring it aligns with the overall architecture and design of the web and mobile application platform.
- Ensure the engineers collaborate closely with their counterparts from the cloud services team for seamless integration of the apps with microservices.
- Jointly own the engineering platform roadmap (alongside leadership team) to steer important technology decisions related to application architecture and design.
- Mentor and manage a team of web and mobile engineers.
- Be hands-on with coding when needed.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in the software industry, with 2+ years in engineering management
- Proven experience as a technical leader with the ability to contribute to codebases when needed.

- Strong experience partnering with Product Management and Product Design teams to convert functional requirements to technical deliverables.
- Excellent people management skills and ability to lead and mentor teams.
