About the Role:
STEM Child Care in Castle Rock, CO is looking for passionate and dedicated Lead Teachers and Support Staff to join our growing team! This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young learners in a fun, innovative, and nurturing environment. Responsibilities:

Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate STEM-based curriculum and daily lesson plans
Create a safe, supportive, and stimulating classroom environment for children
Supervise and guide children throughout daily activities, meals, and transitions
Communicate regularly and effectively with parents and guardians regarding child progress
Collaborate with fellow teachers and support staff to maintain a positive team atmosphere
Observe and document child development milestones and behavioral patterns
Maintain classroom cleanliness and ensure all safety protocols are followed

Requirements:

Previous experience in early childhood education, childcare, or a related field preferred
Genuine passion for working with children and fostering early learning
Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Must pass a background check in accordance with Colorado childcare regulations
High school diploma or equivalent required; ECE coursework or degree a plus
