Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to obstetric patients throughout the labor and delivery process
• Monitor maternal and fetal status during labor using fetal heart monitoring
• Operate independently as the sole L&D nurse on the night shift
• Support an average of approximately 36 births per month
• Collaborate with the broader care team to ensure safe outcomes for mothers and newborns

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
• Current BLS certification
• Experience in OB/Labor & Delivery nursing
• Ability and comfort working as the sole L&D nurse on shift

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Advanced Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM) certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Experience in a low-volume or independent L&D setting
