Key Responsibilities

• Perform circulating RN duties in a general operating room environment
• Support surgical procedures including general surgery, gynecology, urology, and robotic-assisted cases
• Participate in an on-call rotation, typically including 4–5 weekday call shifts and 2–3 weekend call shifts per month (7:00 AM–7:00 PM or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM on Saturday or Sunday)
• Respond to callback requests and report to the hospital within 30 minutes of notification
• Document patient care accurately using the facility's electronic medical records system (Cerner)

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Minimum of 1 year of Operating Room experience
• Demonstrated circulating experience in the OR
• Proficiency with Cerner EMR

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with robotic-assisted surgical procedures
• Background in general surgery, gynecology, and/or urology cases
