Territory Sales Manager - DMV (D.C., Maryland, Virginia)

Territory Sales Manager Benefits and Compensation:

Territory Sales Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in janitorial or related service industry
- Proven success meeting and exceeding sales targets in service-based industries (cleaning, facilities, hospitality, staffing, or logistics)
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Daily responsibilities include generating leads, conducting walkthroughs, closing deals, and supporting client relationships
Territory Sales Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot
- Previous exposure to startup or high-growth environments, with the ability to adapt quickly and lead change successfully
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
