Job Description:

• The Advertising & Partnerships Insights & Measurement team seeks a Someone to join the Impact Innovation team and provide hands-on analytics, testing, and execution support across partner integrations and beta ad product measurement.
• The team is focused on advancing the future of campaign effectiveness measurement across the Client portfolio and the work directly supports our sales teams in securing premium sponsorship budgets and performance marketing spend.
• The Someone will support two priority workstreams:
  • Measurement partner integration testing for Client's full-funnel measurement platform
  • Analytics and storytelling support for new ad product launches, including Live Total Impact, Live Contextual, and other beta ad efforts.
• The role will work across Insights & Measurement, Product, Engineering, Campaign Insights, Sales, Account Management, and partner teams to identify issues, communicate findings, and keep time-sensitive deliverables on track.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Partner Integrations, Testing & Data Quality
• Support end-to-end testing and detailed QA of measurement partner data, schemas, and reporting outputs within sandbox/user acceptance testing environments.
• Validate requirements and outputs needed to support front-end production readiness; partner with Product, Engineering, and vendors to solution for issues through to closer.
• Monitor data in production, proactively identify issues, and coordinate timely remediation.
• Apply category-specific knowledge to interpret partner results and assess the performance impact of new measurement capabilities.
• Communicate testing status to key stakeholders to inform product planning and support.

Ad Product Testing & Executive Insights

• Assist team in pulling and organizing results into clean points of view, executive-ready narratives, and actionable recommendations on ad product performance.
• Support the development of high-visibility materials, coordinating inputs and review cycles across cross-functional stakeholders.
• Align with client-facing stakeholders on key narratives identified within results and planned for go-to-market communications.
• Maintain testing trackers, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables across workstreams; escalate risks and recommended actions as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• 5+ years' experience supporting media effectiveness measurement at an Ad Tech / MarTech Company, Digital Media Agency, Consulting / Strategy Firm or Tech Company
• Experience conducting data QA, validation, UAT, or end-to-end testing for analytics products, partner integrations, or reporting platforms.
• Working knowledge of incrementality, attribution, brand lift, search or site engagement, and sales or other lower-funnel outcomes.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, data reconciliation, and charting; strong PowerPoint and Word skills.

Desired Characteristics

• Proven executive-facing data analyzation, interpretation and visualization.
• Experience working with retail media, CPG sales lift, pharmaceutical outcomes, or other category-specific conversion measurement.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure, set priorities, handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Proven ability to work in a cross-functional role
