Global Product Owner- Customer Service
Intuitive Surgical
Global Product Owner for customer service technology platforms at a medical device company. Translates business strategy into scalable product roadmaps for Salesforce Service Cloud, SAP S/4HANA, and related systems. Drives adoption, operational efficiency, and compliance across global service operations.
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain global product vision and multi-year roadmaps for customer service platforms
- Own backlog prioritization and make final business decisions on competing stakeholder requests
- Lead process discovery and future-state design initiatives for global standardization
- Serve as primary business decision-maker throughout delivery cycles and solution governance
- Monitor performance metrics, adoption, and user feedback; drive continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Project Management, or related field
- 8+ years supporting Customer Service, Order Management, CRM, ERP, or Customer Experience platforms
- 3+ years as Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Lead, or equivalent business systems role
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, SAP ECC, or SAP S/4HANA
- Deep knowledge of order management, customer service operations, and contact center processes
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional leaders and drive alignment without direct authority
- Experience in regulated industry; medical device background preferred
