Senior Financial Analyst I – Hybrid This role is designed as hybrid, requiring an average of 2 days per week at an HPE office. Responsibilities Provide complex financial analysis for a financial function or business, applying strong business understanding to achieve objectives. Consult with business leaders to guide and influence strategic decision‑making across a broad scope. Forecast financial results on a weekly, monthly, and long‑term basis, ensuring alignment with business‑ and corporate‑wide objectives. Lead business initiatives, steering analysts across multiple finance sub‑functions. Identify opportunities for process improvement and policy development, engaging in design and implementation. Represent the business unit during cross‑regional or cross‑functional planning processes. Provide mentoring and guidance to analysts. Qualifications & Experience First‑level university degree in business or economics; advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., CPA, MBA) preferred. Six or more years of experience as a financial analyst in technical or e‑commerce environments, with exposure to multiple finance functions. Working knowledge of OPEX and experience using Coupa preferred. Demonstrated ownership of FP&A processes, including forecasting and long‑term planning. Excellent analytical, business application, communication, influencing, teamwork, and project management skills. Strong business acumen and ability to exercise independent judgment.
