Reach Truck Operator – Cold Storage Facility

Location: Hingham, MA
Pay Rate: $22.00–$23.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Reach Truck Operator to join our team at a cold storage facility in Hingham, MA. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating a reach truck in a warehouse or cold storage environment and be comfortable working in cold temperatures.

A minimum of 2 years of reach truck operating experience is REQUIRED. Candidates with less than 2 years of experience will not be considered.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a reach truck to move, lift, and store pallets in warehouse racking.
• Load, unload, and transport products throughout the facility.
• Put away inventory and retrieve products accurately.
• Work efficiently in a cold storage environment.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and equipment operating guidelines.
• Maintain accurate inventory locations and assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on reach truck operating experience — mandatory.
• Ability to safely maneuver a reach truck in tight warehouse aisles and high-rack storage areas.
• Ability to work in a cold storage environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work the scheduled shift.
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $22.00–$23.00 per hour, depending on experience.
• Days: Monday through Friday.
• Shift: First shift, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
• Location: Hingham, Massachusetts.
