If you are hard-working, a team player, and dedicated to performing quality work in all that you do we want you. Past experience with lawncare and landscaping is preferred and a positive attitude is a must! Responsibilities Operate mowing equipment safely and efficiently Work independently to ensure properties are maintained to company standards Perform mowing, trimming, edging, and general grounds maintenance Landscape maintenance: including shrub trimming, weed eating, weeding, and spraying as needed Load, unload, and transport equipment between job sites Conduct routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs Assist the landscape & construction crews as needed Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule Requirements Previous experience in lawn care, landscaping, or ground maintenance preferred Leadership experience Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field Valid driver's license required Ability to drive a truck and trailer safely Must be able to pass a drug screen Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions and perform physical labor #J-18808-Ljbffr
