HR Systems & Onboarding Specialist
RPM Living
RPM Living is seeking an HR Operations Associate to support day-to-day HR workflows, maintain data integrity in HRIS/ATS platforms, and coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes. You will be the first point of contact for employee inquiries in a hybrid Austin setting. The role requires 1 year of related experience, a Bachelor's in HR or related field, and familiarity with UKG/ICIMS.
