We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN to join our 11p - 7a shift team at Laurelwood Nursing and Rehab Center in Elkton, MD . As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our residents in a dynamic and supportive environment.

About the Role:

As an LPN , you will work under the supervision of a registered nurse to deliver evidence-based care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and performing vital signs

• Assisting with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Participating in concurrent and retrospective chart reviews to ensure quality patient care

Ideal Candidate:

• Has a current LPN license in the state of Maryland

• Possesses a strong understanding of nursing practices and procedures

• Is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly

• Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Is willing to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies
