What You'll Do

As a Dietary Aide, you'll play an important role in creating a positive dining experience for our residents. Your responsibilities may include:

• Serving meals with friendliness, respect, and care
• Assisting with food preparation, portioning, and meal setup
• Supporting residents by ensuring they receive the correct meals according to dietary guidelines
• Keeping dining areas clean, organized, and inviting
• Washing dishes, restocking supplies, and assisting with kitchen tasks
• Following food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
• Providing excellent customer service while working alongside a supportive Dining Services team

Schedule

We are looking for a full-time Dietary Aide to support daily operations from 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM. Hours and shifts available may vary based on department needs, but every other weekend and holiday is required for all Dietary team members.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old (work permit will be required if under 18)
• Ability to follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
• Dietary Aide or food service experience is a plus, but not required
