Associate Sales Representative

A rapidly growing medical device company specializing in advanced vascular technologies is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to support a high-performing sales region based in St. Louis, Missouri. The role offers a structured development path into a Territory Manager position within approximately 12 months, providing exceptional long‑term earning potential and career growth. Position Overview The Associate Sales Representative will partner with senior sales leadership to support territory growth through clinical case coverage, physician education, account development, and customer relationship management. This role is designed to develop future Territory Managers through hands‑on field experience and mentorship. Key Responsibilities Support Territory Managers with account growth and customer engagement Provide clinical support during procedures and product evaluations Build relationships with physicians, clinicians, and hospital staff Conduct product demonstrations and in-service training Assist with new business development and market expansion Monitor competitive activity and identify growth opportunities Travel throughout the assigned territory to support customer needs Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience 2–5+ years of medical device, healthcare, or B2B outside sales experience Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills Highly motivated with a strong desire to build a career in medical device sales Willingness to travel within the assigned territory Preferred Experience supporting hospital or procedural‑based sales Background in vascular, neurovascular, cardiovascular, or interventional products Clinical aptitude and consultative selling experience Proven record of achieving sales goals or strong sales performance Compensation and Benefits On‑Target Earnings (OTE): $230,000 Career Progression – Territory Manager (Approx. 12 Months) On‑Target Earnings (OTE): $385,000 Clear promotion path to a Territory Manager role with significant long‑term earning potential #J-18808-Ljbffr Med Search Recruiting Network, Inc
