Operations Leader

Operations Team Leader RGL Logistics is hiring an Operations Team Leader at our Appleton Facility. We are looking for a positive, highly motivated self-starter to join our team. Responsibilities Training and leading RGL operations' employees in the areas of safety, quality, productivity and positive employee relations. Continuous improvement approach to enhance desired business results and eliminate waste. Motivating the workforce with coaching, feedback, and recognition, and applying disciplinary actions if needed. Monitoring and maintaining warehouse operations systems (i.e. WMS, LMS, etc.) Scheduling and adjusting warehouse personnel to optimize service, productivity, and associate fulfillment. Approving time and attendance for employees. Following up timely on customer service related inquiries as needed. Following all safety rules and guidelines as it pertains to the position. The drive to continuously improve. Qualifications Bachelor's or Associate's degree or equivalent direct work experience supervising people and processes. 2+ years of warehouse experience preferred.
