Position, Compensation & Organization

• Hospital-employed, outpatient Gastroenterology practice
• No local competition with strong, established referral base
• Dedicated GI suite block time; ERCPs required
• APP support in clinic for follow-up visits
• Up to $675,000 base salary plus monthly production incentives at $85/RVU
• Quality bonus opportunities
• $75,000 sign-on bonus
• $50,000 retention bonus
• $50,000 annual housing stipend to put down roots in the community
• 6 weeks of PTO plus 1 week of CME time
• 457 plan with 6% employer match on 403(b)
