What this job involves:This position is responsible for managing complex, high-priority programs that are strategically aligned with key objectives while overseeing day-to-day project execution and ensuring project deadlines are met. You will be accountable for driving continuous improvement and innovation across the program while managing multiple interrelated project streams as part of an overarching program supporting the Global Real Estate & Facilities team's mission to provide safe, sustainable, and efficient work environments to accommodate growth and enable employees to innovate and delight customers. This role contributes to JLL's business objectives by ensuring projects are tightly aligned with the organization's overall strategic priorities and business objectives, collaborating with executive stakeholders to understand the organization's long-term vision and translate it into cohesive program plans, and maintaining JLL's reputation for excellence in corporate real estate services through seamless project management and strategic program delivery.What your day-to-day will look like:Ensure projects are tightly aligned with the organization's overall strategic priorities and business objectives while collaborating with executive stakeholders to understand the organization's long-term vision and translate it into cohesive program plansProactively identify opportunities for projects to drive innovation and competitive advantage while managing complex, multi-stream projects with the highest level of organizational priorityCoordinate work of cross-functional teams including other project managers, subject matter experts, and stakeholdersEstablish and maintain clear project governance structures including decision-making processes and escalation proceduresMonitor program progress while identifying and mitigating risks and implementing appropriate corrective actionsImplement processes and tools to drive continuous improvement across the program while analyzing project performance data and identifying areas for process optimization and operational efficiencyChampion a culture of innovation and encourage team members to propose new ideas and solutionsEffectively communicate program status, risks, and issues to executive stakeholders and key decision-makersManage expectations of diverse stakeholder groups including business leaders, IT teams, and end-usersCollaborate with stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet business requirements and drive desired outcomes.Required Qualifications:5+ years experience in managing global strategic programs and projects ideally in real estate and facilities where deliverables impact customers, operational teams and processesAbility to work on multi-workstream programs while managing operational teams across different geographiesTrack record of serving as trusted strategic partner to senior executivesAbility to operate in global environment by understanding culture, building trust and engaging with team members that may share different perspectivesStrategic thinking skills with ability to align projects with organizational priorities, drive innovation and competitive advantage, and translate business objectives into actionable plansProven project management skills handling complex, multi-stream programs, establishing governance structures, and maintaining program health through risk mitigation and corrective actionsExcellent level of English is mandatory with candidate being confident, articulate, and persuasive speakerExcellent computer skills and experience working with Asana, Smartsheets, Workdocs, Quip, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.Preferred Qualifications:PMP certificationExperience with continuous improvement methodology including Lean Six SigmaProven team leadership experience building and leading high-performing teams, coaching project managers and team members, and promoting accountability and collaborationStrong business acumen with industry knowledge, ability to evaluate program impact on organizational growth, and adapt strategies to changing business needsTechnical proficiency in project management methodologies and tools with understanding in technical project aspects and data-driven analysis capabilitiesChange management expertise with ability to develop and execute strategies while navigating organizational dynamics and facilitating process adoptionAdditional languages beyond EnglishExperience ensuring programs of projects not only meet deadlines but also drive continuous improvement and innovationBackground continuously evaluating program's impact on organization's competitive position and long-term growthUnderstanding of recommending strategic adjustments to programs based on changing business needs and market dynamics.Location: OnsiteIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don't meet all the requirements.
