Pediatric Pulmonologist
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Shift: Monday to Friday, Daytime, 8 AM - 5 PM

Key Responsibilities- Patient Care Services:
- Deliver comprehensive patient care services for which you are clinically authorized, including:
- Direct patient care in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Conduct subspecialty consultations and follow-up care.
- Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as needed.
- Provide urgent and emergent care services when required.
- Quality of Care:
- Commit to delivering exceptional patient and family-centered care.
- Support the hospital's patient satisfaction objectives and specific divisional targets.
- Adhere to divisional standards for patient safety and quality of care.
- Utilize contemporary evidence-based practices in medicine.
- Divisional Responsibilities:
- Work towards achieving annual goals and objectives for yourself, the division, and the hospital.
- Contribute to the medical education initiatives within the division, including:
- Supervising trainees and allied health professionals in delivering care.
- Conducting teaching rounds, lectures, and conferences for trainees.
- Participating in the education and supervision of assigned trainees and allied health professionals.
- Engaging in postgraduate continuing education activities.
- Support the division's research initiatives and programmatic growth.
- Assist with the expansion of satellite services when appropriate.
