Front End Lead

Position Summary Front End Leads support the Front End Manager in ensuring a great customer experience, the team is working effectively together, efficient and accurate sales transactions, and the department is organized and clean. They help customers, support and supervise staff, reconcile transactions, and ensure the area is safe, friendly, and inviting. Location 622 Selby Ave, Saint Paul, MN 55104 Schedule Monday & Tuesday: 2 - 9:30pm. Occasional positioning is required to access both low and high shelving, equipment, and products. The job also entails the frequent movement of containers weighing up to 50 lbs. Front End Leads utilize various equipment including but not limited to a computer, printer, and POS system. This role requires exchanging accurate information in person, over the phone, over the store loudspeakers, and through email and other written communication.
