Head of US Fulfillment & Operations Strategy

Wearewild is seeking an Associate Director of Operations (US) to lead fulfilment across the United States, including DTC, Amazon and major US retailers. The role is based in Manhattan, NYC with 3 days in the office, and requires partnering with 3PLs to ensure OTIF, inventory accuracy and cost efficiency as the brand scales.
You will build and lead a small US Ops team, drive continuous improvements, and align regional customer experience strategies with commercial priorities for a fast-growing
