Raines has maintained a family-oriented culture that believes in building relationships with our associates, with our partners and within the communities where we operate.We offer comprehensive Medical/Dental/Vision benefits, 401K, a generous PTO program, and the opportunity to join a winning culture recognized for rewarding our best with opportunities to advance their career within the company.Job Summary:The Front Office Manager is responsible for directly supervising all front office personnel and ensuring proper completion of all front office duties.Essential Job FunctionsParticipates in the selection of front office personnelTrains, cross trains, and retains front office personnelSchedule the front office staff in accordance with budget guidelines and through the direction of the GMSupervises workloads during shiftsEvaluate the job performance of each front office employeeMaintains working relationships and communicates with all departmentsMaintains master level key controlVerifies that accurate rooms status information is maintained and properly communicatedResolves guest related problems quickly, efficiently and courteouslyUpdates group information to include the maintenance and preparations of any group requirements and relays that information to appropriate personnelReviews and completes credit limit reportUse company-wide tools, systems and applications without exceptionWorks within the allotted budget for the front officeReceives information from the previous shift and passes on additional details to the oncoming shift or managerEnforces all cash handling and credit policiesConducts regularly schedule meetings of front office personnelConducts regular audits of Brand standards and makes sure they conform to QA specificationsMaintain and uphold standards of brand and/or Raines Co. to the highest levelMaintain accounts receivables so as not to exceed 90 days and responsibility of all cash accounts on propertyExperience and Education:Minimum two years of progressive experience in hotels or related fieldsPrior front desk and supervisory experienceExperience with brand or property specific PMSM3, Efficenter, Quore, and other hotel related systemsProficient in Microsoft 365 or similar computer applicationsMinimum High school diploma, GED or equivalentBachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration or related field preferredRaines is proud to be an Equal Opportunity EmployerWe are an equal opportunity employer.
