What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and develop technicians, helping them improve their diagnostic abilities, productivity, and workmanship
• Provide hands-on technical guidance for difficult diagnostics and complex repairs
• Oversee daily shop workflow, technician assignments, priorities, and repair progress
• Work closely with service advisors to keep vehicles moving and customers informed
• Maintain high standards for quality, safety, efficiency, and accountability
• Identify bottlenecks, improve processes, and help build a stronger, more capable team
• Promote a positive, team-oriented culture focused on continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of professional automotive repair experience
• 3+ years in a lead technician, foreman, or supervisory role preferred
• Expert-level diagnostic and mechanical repair skills
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage workflow, improve productivity, and maintain quality
• European vehicle experience a plus, not required
• Comfortable using shop management software and new technology
• ASE Master Technician certification preferred
• Valid driver's license
