Job Description
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Spindle is seeking a Moderate/Severe Special Education Teacher for a California district who understands that progress is built through patience and consistency.
This role focuses on highly individualized instruction for students with complex academic and functional needs.

What You’ll Do:
• Deliver hands-on, individualized instruction aligned with IEPs
• Support communication, social-emotional growth, and independence
• Work closely with paraprofessionals and support teams
• Implement assistive technology and visual supports
• Create a predictable and positive classroom environment
Credential Required:
• California Education Specialist Credential – Extensive Support Need
