Associate Captive Sales Executive - Medical Stop Loss

We're seeking a driven Associate Captive Sales Executive to help grow our medical stop-loss captive programs. This is an excellent opportunity for a relationship-focused sales professional who enjoys opening doors, building partnerships, and helping organizations navigate complex healthcare funding strategies. Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute sales strategies to grow captive membership, premium volume, and revenue * Build and maintain relationships with employee benefits brokers, consultants, CFOs, HR leaders, business owners, and other key decision-makers * Identify, prospect, and cultivate opportunities with middle-market, upper middle-market, and national account employers * Educate prospects and partners on self-funded health plans, medical stop-loss, captive insurance, and healthcare cost management strategies * Lead opportunities through the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, proposal development, presentation, negotiation, and close * Collaborate with underwriting, account management, marketing, and leadership teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes and support retention efforts * Represent BevCap at industry conferences, broker meetings, networking events, and client presentations * Maintain an active pipeline and accurate sales activity within Salesforce and HubSpot * Travel as needed to support business development, client meetings, and market-facing events

Qualifications:

* 2+ years of sales, business development, or consulting experience in medical stop-loss, self-funded employee benefits, captive insurance, or a related field * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding new business goals * Established relationships with employee benefits brokers, consultants, or employer decision-makers * Working knowledge of self-funded health plans, medical stop-loss, and employee benefits strategies * Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills * Ability to explain complex insurance and financial concepts to executive audiences * Highly organized with strong follow-up and pipeline management skills * Bachelor's degree preferred * Active Accident & Health Insurance License preferred, or ability to obtain within 30 days * Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a flexible work environment
