We’re hiring a Branch Sales Associate to be the face of our Reading branch. In this role, you’ll help customers and contractors find the products they need, keep the floor organized and play a key role in making sure every customer has a great experience.

No two days are the same - this is a fast-paced, hands-on role where your personality and problem-solving skills really shine.

What You’ll Do

Help customers and contractors find the right materials fast.
Create a friendly, welcoming experience that keeps customers coming back.
Answer calls, provide pricing, and place orders.
Pull and prepare orders for pickup, delivery or transfer.
Track open orders and keep customers updated.
Keep the sales floor stocked, organized and clean.
Support promotions and in-branch sales efforts.
Handle cash transactions accurately.

Requirements:

Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Reliable, organized and team-oriented.
