Workplace Experience Manager

Workplace Experience Manager Prologis is a global leader in logistics infrastructure. This role supports the San Francisco global corporate headquarters by creating a best‑in‑class workplace experience. Location & Employment Type San Francisco, California – Full‑time, in‑office (Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with occasional evenings or weekends). Key Responsibilities Oversee day‑to‑day office operations and maintain an efficient, well‑maintained environment. Manage essential office services: reception, security (card access system), maintenance, mail, kitchen, gym, supply room, and shipping. Lead a 4‑person office team, including members from the Prologis Employees with Disabilities Program. Monitor and enhance employee office experience through feedback, gap identification, and implementation of improvements across services, spaces, and programming. Co‑lead the SF Activities Committee; plan and execute monthly office events and annual holiday parties. Coordinate cross‑functional teams for meetings and events, handling onsite logistics such as space setup, furniture reconfiguration, and food/beverages. Work with Internal Communications to ensure office communications align with global messaging. Collaborate with the building engineer and external vendors on maintenance, repairs, and service requests (lighting, plumbing, key‑card access/alarm system, janitorial, office equipment). Oversee vendor performance to meet quality and cost‑effectiveness requirements. Support office renovation projects and move management in partnership with IT and other departments, including space planning, seating assignments, and floor plan updates. Manage office supplies, food and beverage ordering, and inventory. Lead emergency preparedness with the Head of Corporate Security and Internal Communications: manage procedures, drills, training, and readiness. Lead vendor selection, contract negotiations, invoicing, and budget oversight. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in office management or workplace experience. 3+ years of project management experience. 3+ years of experience managing a team. Full‑time, in‑office role, with ability to move office equipment up to 25lbs and occasional evening or weekend work. Demonstrated ability to independently run projects from planning to delivery. Expert knowledge of office management operations (employee experience, equipment, mailroom, maintenance). Skilled at working with cross‑functional teams and external vendors to execute projects. Strong understanding of vendor relationship management and the contract process. Background in customer service or customer experience for internal stakeholders. Problem‑solving skills and solutions‑oriented mindset. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple competing tasks while adapting to changing business needs. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Facilities, Project Management, Business or equivalent experience. Experience coordinating construction projects. Experience planning, coordinating or supporting events. Willingness and capability to leverage emerging technology, automation, and AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and speed. Sound judgment, creative thinking, and accountability for outcomes. Compensation Salary range: $112,000–$145,000. The total compensation package, including bonus target, will be determined based on location, education, experience, and market data.
