ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2010 and were currently a growing team of two with big plans for whats next. Before becoming an agent, I worked with State Farm, which gave me a strong foundation in the business and a clear understanding of what it takes to build a successful agency.

Im married and have three kids, so I understand the value of work-life balance and creating an environment where people can work hard, hit goals, and still have a life outside of the office.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Derek Leblanc - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
  • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
