The Position Name: Web Developer – Drupal, Wordpress, CraftCMS Working details: 40h hours per week, flexible, fully remotely There's a potential opportunity to work for our german headquarter on web projects for creative and digital agencies. The German BOLD & EPIC headquarter partners with creative agencies of all kinds to support them in all matters of web development. As a leading web dev solution partner for agencies we are responsible for the development and maintenance of over 100 web projects created in the last 5 years. As a Web Developer you analyze the requirements of our customers, design and implement applications and interfaces based on PHP (Symfony). You integrate web applications into CMS systems (Drupal, Wordpress, Craft CMS) and test your results. You develop sophisticated applications for web, tablet, and smartphone following modern principles (e.g. headless CMS). You think holistically and logically bring together functional requirements and developments. Translate design mockups into visually appealing interfaces / themes Development of custom modules & site building Maintenance, updates and deployment of web projects Ensure cross-browser compatibility and conduct testing Create / maintain technical documentation 3+ years of experience with cms / web projects (Drupal, Wordpress and/or Craft CMS) Very good knowledge of HTML5, SCSS and JavaScript Solid knowledge of PHP (or comparable languages) Extensive experience with REST APIs Experience with git and deployment tools /deploying configurations Experience with CMS migrations ADDITIONAL, OPTIONAL QUALIFICATIONS Very good interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills Interest in learning new tools and technologies Experience working in a lean development environment with decentralized teams WE'D BE GREAT TOGETHER IF Working in a startup environment excites you – yes, we get the memes and are over-achievers You have a structure and performance-oriented mindset You're attentive to details others might miss Communication and problem solving bring you joy You are fluent in English Competitive salary Premium Health Insurance package Language Courses Organized events and outdoor activities Work-life balance – 28 paid holidays per year Career growth opportunities Working from home THE HIRING PROCESS 15 Min Interview with Georgian HR Manager 30-45 chemistry meeting with German CTO 2 days time to think Coding Challenge to show problem solving skills Decision within 5-7 days
