Desktop Support Technician

Growing and stable company has an immediate need for a Service Desk Specialist to focus on Office365 support, sw/hw support, and more. In this role, you will join a growing company with a reputation for long-tenured, happy employees! This role is onsite 4 days a week (5 days a week for the first 4-5 months) the schedule is 8am and 5pm. Responsibilities IT and SOFTWARE support for WORD DOCS and PDFs. Redacting, modifying documents, etc. Installing, updating and repairing hardware and software as needed. Requirements Great customer service and relationship skills. Ability to handle moderate to high call volume each day. Strong Tier 1 and Tier 2 experience Strong experience w MS Word and Adobe PDF manipulations, redacting/deleting pages, etc. 4+ years’ IT support experience overall. Pass Drug and Background Check.
