Assignment Details Contract length: 13 weeks Shift length: 8 hours Hours per week: 40 Start date: ASAP Eligibility & Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 2 years of clinical experience. Job Responsibilities Work 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts. Document care delivered, patient response, and communications in the medical record. Educate patients on treatment plans, follow up instructions, and self-management strategies. Perform medication reconciliation activities as directed and communicate discrepancies.
