Location: Hybrid (3 days in office / 2 days remote) – New York, NY What You’ll Do Cultivating, growing, and retaining StubHub’s largest live event partners, including but not limited to major sports organizations Serving as an internal champion and advocate for partners’ product, data, and related requirements Providing partners with best‑in‑class strategy & advisory support Tracking and optimizing partnership performance and identifying opportunities for partnership expansion Collaborating closely with the Open Distribution Sales and Product teams to provide white‑glove partner management Supporting the development of value‑add partnership structures, complex financial models and deal forecasts, and proposal and RFP deliverables Leveraging relevant data to support partnership negotiations and operations What You’ve Done 3-5 years of work experience, including direct experience in a strategy, analytics, business intelligence, or similar function at a live event ticketing company, sports team/league, or sports/entertainment agency Experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis, with ability to independently drive data‑driven insights Strong communication skills, with significant experience presenting pitches, findings, and recommendations to leadership Experience managing or working with senior‑level internal and external stakeholders Excellent proficiency with MS Excel / PowerPoint; experience with Tableau, Hex, Snowflake, and AI‑powered data tools helpful but not required What We Offer Accelerated Growth Environment: An environment designed for swift skill and knowledge enhancement, where you have the autonomy to lead experiments and tests on a massive scale. The anticipated gross base pay range for this role is below. Actual compensation will vary depending on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and competencies. Base annual salary is one component of StubHub’s total compensation and competitive benefits package, which includes equity, 401(k), paid time off, paid parental leave, and comprehensive health benefits.
