Job Title: Security Supervisor

Sunstates Security is currently hiring a Full-Time Security Supervisor in the Little Rock, AR area. This position offers a pay rate of $19/hr, paid weekly.

Job Skills / Requirements

Requirements:

• 4 Years of Management Experience
• Experience in a supervisory role and customer service role.
• 3 Years of Contract Security experience
• Responsible for the direction, coordination, and supervision of site Officers.
• Train subordinates on procedural guidelines, company policies, and operational & site-specific forms. Enforce consistency in policy and procedure implementation with the site.

The Security Supervisor is responsible for the daily functioning of a contract site including operations, customer service, personnel management, security & safety, system metrics and analysis, in accordance with Sunstates objectives.

A Security Supervisor may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Site Supervisor will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.

Education Requirements (All)

High School diploma or equivalent
