Summary: Nesco Resource is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to support film coating and production operations in a regulated manufacturing environment. This role involves operating equipment, assembling components, performing quality inspections, and ensuring compliance with strict safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Pay Rate:

• $20.75 - $23.38/Hour (Based On Exp.)

Shift:

• Must be available for rotating shifts (A/B/C schedule)
  • Flexible schedule required based on business needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor equipment used in film coating and manufacturing processes
• Assemble and prepare components for production
• Perform visual and basic quality inspections to ensure product meets specifications
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and escalate concerns as needed
• Follow all SOPs, cGMP, OSHA, FDA, and ISO regulations
• Complete production documentation accurately and on time
• Use computer systems to access and manage production records
• Dispose of scrap and hazardous materials according to safety standards
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and quality teams
• Participate in continuous improvement and process development initiatives

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 3+ years of work experience with at least some manufacturing experience (regulated environment preferred)
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Team-oriented with strong attention to detail
• Experience with SAP or quality systems is a plus
• Knowledge of GMP/ISO environments preferred

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

• Manufacturing/lab environment with exposure to chemicals and biological materials
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods (up to 75% of shift)
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
• Requires manual dexterity and repetitive motion
• Must follow all PPE and safety requirements
