Pay rates are commensurate with credentials and experience.Qualifications: Professional experience in leading worship ensembles and sound reinforcement, and a successful record of directing worship ensembles and teaching sound reinforcement at the collegiate level is preferred. A doctorate or master’s degree in music is preferred.
