TEKsystems is currently hiring a Bank Teller to start with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution! Branch Location: 2698 North Carolina 24, Cameron, North Carolina, 28326, United States Job Description To provide members and prospective members the full range of products and services offered by the client including depository accounts such as checking, savings, certificate IRA, revocable trust and estate accounts; Lending products; and credit/debit cards. To perform moderately complex platform banking functions under supervision. Analyze, research and resolve problems and discrepancies related to member accounts/loans Assist members with submitting consumer/mortgage/equity loan, overdraft protection and credit card applications Counsel current and prospective members about company products and services Ensure cash and other negotiable instruments are handled properly Identify opportunities to cross service products and increase product penetration Perform platform banking functions Experience 1-3 years of cash handling experience in in-person customer service, retail, and banking industry Bank Teller experience is preferred but not required. Ability to communicate effectively in person, over the phone and via email. High School Diploma is required. Schedule Full-time/ 40 hours per week MUST be available between Monday-Friday: 8:00am-6:00pm, Saturday: 8:00am-2:30pm Could be expected to work 2-3 Saturdays a month depending on business need Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Spring Lake, NC. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
