As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Tammy Dobrotin - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

Qualifications:

Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
Leadership and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

About Our Agency

Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, and Renters Insurance.
Our office is located in Santa Barbara, CA.
Our office is open 9am - 5:30pm.
I have been a State Farm agent since 1988.
Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Field Executive.
I am a third generation State Farm agent.
I am a proud graduate of San Diego State University.
We currently have 5 team members at our agency.
Our agency has received awards including: Chairman's Circle, Legion of Honor, Senior Vice President's Club, and Golden Triangle
Additional languages spoken: Spanish
