The Director of Campus Operations is responsible for the overall administration and supervision of the total operation of the school on a day-to-day basis.**Duties and Responsibilities:*** Drive 100% student enrollment at campus through student recruitment efforts* Drive average daily student attendance with a goal of 97.50% and student persistence year-over-year* Ensure students and teachers enjoy a safe and clean building every day* Manage student drop, pick up, traffic flow logistics, and event management* Manage student recess and lunch schedules and logistics* Manages over 8 campus operations staff members that include: receptionist, SIS coordinator, registrar, cafeteria manager, transportation manager, health aide, business clerk, and facility manager, among others* Fostering a strong customer service focused team* Lead process improvement projects as needed that impact operational processes**Required/Preferred Education:** Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Education or related field or equivalent major or experience preferred**Required/Preferred Experience:** Minimum 3 years' experience in Business, Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing**Required/Preferred Skills:*** Strong leadership, interpersonal, and customer service skills are crucial for success* Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with all stakeholders* Achievement-oriented and diligent work ethic* Demonstrated professionalism; exhibits responsibility and ownership of tasks and projects* Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written, are necessary for this role**Physical Functions:**Requires but is not limited to standing, sitting, repetitious hand and body movements, bending, squatting, and reaching.
