SERVPRO Denver SE is hiring for a Crew Chief! As the front-line representative of the SERVPRO® brand, the Production Crew Chief demonstrates the company's Here to Help® commitment to customers and clients. This is done by coordinating, monitoring, and performing work activities on projects to successfully fulfill service needs and facilitate a positive customer experience.

Pay Rate: $24-26/Hr. DOE (Full-Time position with opportunity for OT and Bonuses)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2 years experience in the Fire and Water restoration industry
• Have a valid IICRC WRT certification preferred
• Because we provide 24-hour emergency services, must be willing to be on call occasionally
• Some night and weekend work are required
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• A valid driver license
• Subject to criminal background check

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Explain restoration processes and answer customer questions
• Monitor, communicate, and respond to customer needs/concerns.
• Communicate clear expectations to Production Technicians and supervise their activities
• Perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control
• Identify safety hazards, communicate, and establish control measures to ensure the safety of occupants and worker
• Manage job file documentation to ensure complete and accurate project details
• Manage and control costs of production projects
• Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly
