What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality patient care using the nursing process within the scope of practice
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Delegate tasks appropriately and supervise licensed and ancillary staff
- Use data and clinical knowledge to evaluate and improve patient outcomes
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations
- Support unit and organizational goals through professional practice and teamwork
What You Need
Required:- Valid Louisiana RN license
- Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg nursing experience
- BLS, ACLS, CPI certifications
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
