Senior Program Manager, Bespoke Solutions

The Bespoke Solutions Teams is looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager to own contractor operations, vendor management, and lab/manufacturing coordination for a high-assurance hardware program within AWS Infrastructure Services — the team building security and encryption devices for government customers.This is a hands-on operational leadership role. You will consolidate contractor hiring and management, own vendor and license agreements, and serve as the operational backbone that lets our senior engineers stay focused on delivery. You will be the connective tissue across engineering, supply chain, security, and external manufacturing partners — removing friction and reducing key-person dependencies on a fast-moving classified program.You will own the end-to-end contractor lifecycle, manage vendor and license agreements, coordinate contract manufacturing (including onboarding a new contract manufacturer), and serve as the lab owner.
