This role is a strong fit for someone with welding, metal fabrication, and mechanical experience who is comfortable working from blueprints and production specifications. What You'll Be Doing Fabricate sheet metal, tubing, and other components according to job specifications. Operate MIG welders, stud welders, plasma cutters, grinders, and fabrication equipment . Measure, mark, and lay out materials based on drawings and production requirements. Weld components and hardware while maintaining required fit and quality standards. Inspect completed work to verify dimensions, workmanship, and material quality. Use hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and measuring equipment. Operate a forklift as needed to move materials and finished components. Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on fabrication experience. Experience with MIG welding, grinding, cutting, and metal fabrication . Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and production documentation. Comfortable using fabrication tools and precision measuring devices. Ability to safely operate a forklift. Strong basic math and measurement skills. Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally lift heavier materials. Ability to stand, squat, kneel, bend, and perform physical manufacturing work throughout the shift. Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with noise, dust, and occasional fumes. Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or GED. 2+ years of welding, fabrication, or related manufacturing experience . Previous experience fabricating sheet metal or tubing. Why Join Us?
