Operations Manager

TheField OperationsManagerwill manage assigned buildings, and the hourly workers assigned to each building. Specific responsibilities include work scheduling of all personnel, establishing work standards, conducting site evaluations, audits, overall inventory/equipment usage, overtime control, employee performance appraisals, troubleshooting/problem solving, new hire orientation and support personnel, customer relations. Special project work as requested. This individual will also ensure that all managed services are being provided in a proper a cost-effective manner. Pay: $60,000 The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant'seducation, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location,and alignment with market data.
