Responsibilities include providing nursing support for the center Administrator, supervising nursing staff, performing RN duties, and ensuring quality patient care. Key Duties Manages nursing operations according to policies, protocols, and regulations. Uses data for continuous quality improvement and coordinates with Quality Management Committee. Ensures clinical care meets standards, collaborating with Center Manager and physicians. Handles clinical relations, including recruitment, training, and associate engagement. Schedule Monday-Friday work schedule. NO call required, NO nights, NO weekends, NO holiday work hours. Compensation Starting pay range: $45 - $67/hour, depending on experience. Required Skills Graduate of accredited school of professional nursing. Current unencumbered California RN License. 3+ years experience in perioperative setting or procedure healthcare; experience in optical procedures preferred. 1+ years nursing leadership experience. Bilingual in Spanish preferred. BLS & ACLS accredited by AHA required. Independent decision making skills. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects. Excellent communication skills with staff, physicians, patients, families, and vendors.
