Our Client is growing exponentially and seeking a Psychiatrist to join their medical team. Here you will be responsible for providing high quality patient care that meets or exceeds the standards and guidelines recommended by Joint Commission and other regulatory and payer groups. This position will be working with an interdisciplinary team and ensuring the patients are getting the best possible care.

Responsibilities

• medical care like physicals with history and follow ups, professional evaluations like for doctors and other organizations.
• Collect, record, and maintain patient information, such as medical history, reports, and examination results.
• Analyze records, reports, test results, or examination information to diagnose medical condition of patients.
• Make diagnoses when different illnesses occur together or in situations where the diagnosis may be obscure.
• Explain procedures and discuss test results or prescribed treatments with patients.
• Prescribe or administer medication, therapy, and other specialized medical care to treat or prevent illness, disease, or injury.
• Monitor patients' conditions and progress and re-evaluate treatments as necessary.

Compensation and Benefits

• Compensation: $250k - $346k

Requirements

• Board Certified in Psychiatry
• Medical license in Virginia or in process
